Quit smoking, stop smoking, smoking cessation...whatever you want to call the process, it's not easy. If you are a smoker, you don't need anyone to lecture you on the health risks or the financial cost. You want help. Perhaps you have attempted to become a non-smoker a number of times, only to find yourself falling back into those old habits. You just don't seem to have the will power. And that's the key...those old habits and will power. You're actually being controlled by old patterns of thought and your imagination. Imagination beats will power every time.
I have developed a process that incorporates energy healing, NLP and hypnotherapy into a smoking cessation program. A three hour program split over two sessions, specifically tailored to your individual needs. A program designed to eliminate those old patterns of thought, replacing them with healthy strategies. A program of imagination leading you to new insights and understanding.
The first session is for discovery and set-up. It includes finding your triggers and smoking strategy along with energy healing to reduce your craving. From this discovery session, a specific program is designed. The second session follows a few days later and involves all the change work that has been specifically designed to meet your individual needs. In the days between the two sessions, the client is expected to complete any tasking that has been set. The second session can not be commenced until all tasking is completed.
Of course, for a successful outcome you will need to be totally committed and want to become a non-smoker. But more importantly you must have a reason, and that reason must be YOU.
